Comments
Comments: Trail conditions pretty similar to Wednesday night - the dense inch of sleet from early in the week is not melting too quickly. The first quarter mile or so is mostly snow free, however there is consistent snow cover much of the way thereafter. I barebooted roundtrip without issue. No idea what surprises there might be on the Cabin or Eagle Cliff trails, which have different exposure.

This trail is much more resilient than other trails in the area, which should be avoided during this fragile time of mud season (many SLA trails are in fact closed for mud season).
