Comments
Comments: still pretty cold and winter-like in these parts. trails with monorails in excellent condition, and only light traction needed. saw a couple people with snowshoes, but not necessary if you're going to liberty and flume. if you want some additional fun, slide down the steeper parts of the trail! We tried to hike towards Haystack on after reaching the end liberty springs trail, but found that without snowshoes, we were postholing for about 1/2 a mile, so we turned back to do liberty and flume.
