Most of the snow bridges on these trails are rapidly becoming unstable. Use caution as they may give way. |

Pro Trail Crew will hopefully help to clean up the aftermath of the Halloween '17 storm. Blowdowns significant between Middle Carter continuing to Zeta Pass, particularly thick just before and after South Carter. |

| Comments: |
Spring conditions were evident today. Despite the cooler temps, the higher sun angle is softening the snow, resulting in more postholing. Snowshoes from just past Middle Carter back to the parking lot helped stabilize a bit, but more and more people aren't using snowshoes. Postholing will make snowshoes pretty well useless over the next week or so. |
