Comments
Comments: Did a counterclockwise Al Merrill Loop. Ravine Lodge Road was plowed, we used micro spikes, but they were not really needed. We put snowshoes on at the end of the road. The Al Merrill Loop had a nice snowshoe track until just after the last switchback. Then there was just a ski track to the height of land and then a rough snowshoe track down to the Asaquam-Ridge Trail. It is much better now, but still soft. The Asaquam-Ridge Trail had a nice track. A beautiful day, lots of snow, 3 or 4 feet.
