Highway to Carter Dome Junction-snowshoes
From there trail was somewhat unbroken with depths ranging from 2-6inches of snow-snowshoes
The .7miles going up to Wildcat A was hardly broken out with depths ranging from 6 to 12 inches of snow-snowshoes
Now the fun begins. From Wildcat A to D was completely unbroken. Only saw traces of the old trail about 5% of the time. Yeehah
Snow Depths ranged from 24 to 30inches of light powder. This snow was from the Sunday afternoon and evening event plus all the snow that was blown in from the Beautiful Presidentials. It was crazy to see the amount of snow falling in front of me on some of the steep slopes. Deep snow is my very favorite event in the winter-snowshoes and a strong mind set
Ski slopes were awesome-snowshoes
