| Comments: |
Austin Brook trail is hard frozen and in goods shape. Dryad Falls trail suffered more erosion in the recent Oct rains, and upper sections have persistent running water/ice. Also, boardwalks along Dream Lake have a snow/ice coating. I wore my lightest traction and had no problem. Not enough depth for spikes yet. Bald Cap Peak ledges were safely free of ice, and soaking up the full sunshine today. Dream Lake locked under ice. |
