Trail Maintenance Notes: Spent the day doing the fall clean up and post storm inspection. We cleaned all the waterbars and removed about 15-20 blowdowns, some small many large. Noted some areas of additional erosion post storm. We also cleared the short spur path to the West Tecumseh summit viewpoint.

Comments
Comments: Felt like fall today with cooler temps. We had plenty of frozen ground today to deal with. Waterbars did their job for the most part with only a few that were jumped. Lots of storm damage to deal with. The storm runoff in the woods was impressive with water coming from places you wouldn't expect. Waterbars were frozen for the most part making digging them out a bit challenging. We did our best to clean and dig them. Plenty of blowdown removal to do today as well. A few trees stabbed into the ground about a foot deep! We only made it as far as West Tecumseh as the amount of work ate up a lot of time. I will go back and finish off the section between the peaks. We were told that there are many more blowdowns to clean up in that stretch. No traction needed today for our hike but it will be needed soon.
