I've driven by here a ton of times but have never stopped. A potentially confusing network of many trails and side paths. No signage whatsoever, but the trails do appear on the MapBuilder layer in Caltopo. I walked the service road in past the cell tower where I picked up a trail which took me on a loop through the forest. One odd relic along the way is a cast iron radiator. Once back toward the road, the loop makes all kinds of very tight hairpin turns. This section made me think these trails may be be used more by mountain bikers. I couldn't find much info about this area online. |
