Comments
Comments: Sporadic snow begins just after the Webster branch intersection. Eventually turns to a nice solid monorail with which micro spikes worked perfectly. A few collapsing "bridges" but nothing major. No post holing. Spikes off at summit scramble as it is bare rock and amazingly dry.
Beat the rain and considered Pierce, but did not want to tempt fate.
Surprisingly great views in all directions as the ceiling was high. Even Washington was clear. Rain began at return to car. Sometimes plans actually do work out!
Obviously, this is obsolete after the deluge.
