Comments
Comments: Opted to leave snowshoes in the car, which worked out fine. Used spikes from about half way up Firewarden's Trail to Hale summit and back. Did some postholing on the way back down, as weather got warmer, but only for a short stretch. Monorail in pretty good shape, especially under the conifers higher up.
