Comments
Comments: Bluebird sunny morning, comfortable temps. Warden's trail is constructed with very steady moderate grades, good for any level able to go the distance. one has to be careful to spot marker for L tuurn to Warden's. Snow was firm, excellent snowshoe path criss-crossed with ski tracks. SNOWSHOES were the ticket car-car; a few new inches snow on lovely flat base, only a little sticky later afternoon. Met just a few guys on skiis. Views just before summit toward Presies was as clear as could be. Nice day to lunch at summit clearing.
