| Comments: |
The trail was well packed down but there were plenty of postholes made by people with microspikes, some even with snowshoes on their packs. The first half of the trail through the birch forest is well packed and easy to follow. Once the trail goes into the pine forest it gets a bit messy with more postholes and drifts. The portion between Starr King and Waumbek is well packed and easy to follow all the way to the overlook past the summit. |
