Comments
Comments: Where is all the snow?! Gunstock Mountain Trail was bare ground all the way up with only a few small patches of ice. We didn't see any snow until the summit of Gunstock on the ski trails. Descending down the Brook Trail required a bit of caution as there was more ice on this side of the mountain. We hit some more significant snow once on the Blue Trail to the summit of Belknap. Coming off the summit of Belknap on the White Trail was slow going due to lots of ice. Plenty of ice flows on the ledges. The Carriage road is mostly snow free on the dirt section but is very muddy. Once on the paved portion of the road the snow and ice resumed. I barebooted the entire time but some may prefer light traction for the icy spots. Nicer than expected weather today.
