Comments
Comments: Gorgeous day to be in the presi's! No winds and a gorgeous sunny day. I used hillsounds for traction-there were a few spots where microspikes weren't enough for some ascending. I also saw some in crampons. I switched over to my snowshoes as the snow had drifted pretty good due to the winds over the weekend. I was the only one who used snowshoes along the ridge leading up to Jackson-everyone else barebooted/used crampons. Snowshoes definitely made it easier and more fun than trying to hobble around. Summited Jackson and then switched over to Hillsounds on the descent. Some enjoyed some buttsledding down the trail and it was a packed railway down-super stable and awesome!
