| Comments: |
The snow was really soft after yesterday's high temps and was giving a bit with every step. Best to just snowshoe and keep the trail in good shape! Though both Pierce and Eisenhower had snow-less peaks after the serious melt on Thursday, the Crawford Path in-between still needed snowshoes and had seen recent drift. Microspikes were fine for final stretch up Mount E. There was a heavy rain just as I finished my hike, so not sure how that changed the trail. |
