Microspikes were fine today from start to finish. Some people had snowshoes from start to finish (though not necessary or recommended). There were postholes along some of the sides of the trail but nothing dangerous if you watch your footing. All the signs were dug out and the trail was easily navigated. We heard that you needed snowshoes to go from liberty to flume or from liberty to little haystack. Little wind and blue skies up top...awesome! |
