Thank you BAXTERSMOM for the hard work on Friday. It was worth a lot to us.
Quite a few folks ascending in the morning, all in snowshoes. The snow was light, dry, and mostly unconsolidated. Still, it packed to a nice smooth trail for easy hiking. Unfortunately, we met many bare booters as we descended, (even in sneakers!). The condition of the trail for Sunday depends on who comes down it last today... |
