| Comments: |
Two of us broke trail from the parking lot to Mt. Osceola summit
Made about a 10 inch deep trench on the majority of the trails with drifts up to waist high in places.
Made a go around of the go around of the ledges/chimney section. Lots of leaners and snow ball trees up high, with snow levels above the trail corridor to Osceola main peak. Great day out, no wind and sunshine. Long day trail breaking, but came back quick with trail broken.
Saw no one else,(we were hoping for some help).Saw one set of bare booting tracks on the Greeley Pond Trail on our return. No help from that dipstick. Great day out with Bill Cronin bagging his SSW48 |
