Comments
Comments: Started out good, there were a few groups there today. The conditions were a tad tricky, 4-6" fresh fluffy powder on top of a 0.50-1" crust of ice. This made some of the steep parts very tricky for some. I ended up calling the trip before we got to the rock slide section due to conditions, and concerns about the rock slide sections. I'm not sure anyone made the peak today. I'm pretty sure that all groups called it before the peak. As always, even a trickier day in the mountains is still better than a good day at work. We will attempt this one again this season.
