Comments
Comments: Counter clockwise on this duo today. We were first on Diceys after new snow. A trace to 6" with some drifts. All is well packed by now. All other trails were fine. Some bare booting but not causing much damage to well packed monorail. The upper ledges on the Blueberry Ledge Trail are best navigated with crampons. My K10s worked well but micros won't provide safe traction. 4" soft snow covering hard pack or ice calls for sharp spikes. Some tried to bareboot Whiteface and were turned around by the conditions on the ledges.
