| Comments: |
A nice 5.4 mile loop in the Belknaps today. Trails were snow covered with about 3 inches of fresh powder. Some ice here and there but nothing to be concerned about. The Reed Trail is a nice newly added trail to the Belknap Range. It winds its way up to the Quarry Ridge from Reed Road following closely to old logging roads and skid roads. Looks like this area could offer some great back country skiing in a good snow winter. Nice quiet day on the trails and only ran into one other person, nice meeting you Ken. |
