Comments
Comments: Did not need snowshoes, though on top there were some drifts. Wear your gaiters and you'll be fine without shoes. Only a few inches of snow in the trail..of course the higher you go the more there is. I bare booted a fair distance but ended up putting the Hillsounds on for upper reaches of Falling Waters Trail and left them on across the ridge and down to the hut. Bare booted from hut down with no problems.
