no issues - water low at the 2 crossings |

nice newly painted "mowglis" trail markers near base of hill; larger blowdown about halfway up with herd path growing. Trail is getting brushy near log landing at base but the many masses of purple asters were really pretty |

Really fun little hike in the Newfound Area - terrific views when you go over the top maybe .10 mile towards Plymouth. Leaves are starting to drop. Newfound Spur getting a little grown in - not super-great views from that side. A bit chilly after dark for descent. |
