easy rock hop on the Signal Ridge Tr, and across the East Branch of the Pemi at Stillwater. |

All trails in good shape. I remember crossing a blowdown on Signal Ridge after the stream crossing on the way out, but no memory of it on the way back. Maybe it was removed, or my mind wandered. |

Only a few mosquitos, no black flies. The deer flies and horse flies were out in force. Very annoying. |

Great day in the Wilderness. Spent the afternoon trimming the brush back, no blowdowns to deal with today. Even the muddy spots were generally dry. We really do need some rain. |
