I did Washington last week but was in the clouds. Calling for beautiful day so I wanted to do it again. I chose boott spur trail because last year I did that trail using a headlamp so wanted to experience it in daylight. Wasn't disappointed, excellent views, very wind. Going over to Washington wind died down. Great day to be above the clouds. Took lion head trail down, it's a favorite. Never saw anyone this mourning until I was half way up Washington. After that I bet I saw 50-60 people on the way down coming up. Awesome day! |
