parked at cabled log road off black jack rd. came in on east of the river rd. to hill rd. to blake rd. to bog brook rd. to black jack rd. roads mostly good except black jack which was beat up from recent storms. drove 15 mph on it. |

nice cool early start meant no bugs! |

went up the log road till it faded ,then into the woods. nice going to another log road which went up quite a ways with nice west views. I then b'wacked up to the ridge thru good woods to the west peak summit. then it was a good trip across the ridge in good woods to the SE summit and all its "markings". nice summit area on both peaks. on return I basically followed the same route. |
