Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Last crossing of Little River a tricky rock hop, given 1.5 inches rain night before
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All blow downs removed, except recent large beech that has been trimmed about 2 miles up Bondcliff Trail; upper parts below treeline on North Twin Trail need brushing and water bars to be cleaned; ditto for stretches of Twinway and Bondcliff Trails, as recent heavy rains have really clogged up water bars
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Met one rambunctious white lab mix on way down Bondcliff; out of control and barking off leash, but overall friendly
Bugs
Bugs: Just enough breeze up high to keep black flies at bay until Bondcliff, where picked up several bites; a few mosquitoes on Lincoln Woods Trail
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Left one nice dropped flip flop on Bondcliff Trail near spur trail to Guyot campsite; sadly, some trash stuffed in cracks of bedrock on top of South Twin

Comments
Comments: Overall, nice hike to wrap up June solo (second) grid, although trails fairly crowded for a weekday; one noisy group of 15 on Guyot heading toward Zool hut, another less noisy group of 10 on Bondcliff heading to Guyot campsite, with probably another 30-40 other assorted day hikers and backpackers
