Water Crossing Notes: Several easy crossings of Stony Brook - plenty of rocks to hop across

Dog-Related Notes: The last mile has a lot of ledges and drop-offs where some dogs may get into trouble.

Comments: Beautiful hike - skies were mostly clear and we had a great view of the Presidentials. The first 3 miles on Stony Brook Trail are easy - the last two miles to the summit are tough!
