No parking directly at Atwell Hill trailhead, but at a pullover .1 mile west on 26A at north end of Mt. Cube Trail. While both Trails were in good shape, the blazes on the AH Trail need refreshing. |

The Atwell Hill Trail has a couple of short muddy sections that are notorious but today were not a problem. Crossing them twice, I emerged with dry boots. |
