Started the day early at 530am due to afternoon commitments, was Happy I did as the day got steamy.I saw 2 girls and a dog after the 2nd crossing who had bushwhacked their way from Black Pond, from their to the summit, I saw no one until leaving the summit I ran in to my friend and on the way back many hikers were heading in. Loose rock slide on the way down was tedious as was the waterfall trail at the upper path ---slippery!Water crossing were refreshing to walk through ---Great day running into new and familiar faces ---makes mountain 454/576 for me :) |
