| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
from rt 145 in stewartstown we drove in creampoke road to mudget mountain road parking shortly before its end at the start of a new road/driveway that leads to the northern peak (less than 200 vertical below it). roads are steep in spots, but never rough. a house is being built on top of the northern peak and though there are currently no postings against access this may change in the future. do not visit the southern peak as it is considered the lower of the two and the homeowner at its top does not appreciate people on their property. |

we walked the short distance up the driveway with its new rock base to the highpoint where construction is in progress. shortly before the house location there is still recognition of the summit now just off the new driveway. |
