Trail Maintenance Notes: Unscheduled BRATTS work day on the Benjamin Weeks Trail. We filled 63 feet of footbed, much of it cribbed, and installed two steps with an integrated waterbar.

Bugs
Bugs: Fittingly, the black flies came out at lunch time. Vexing at times when standing still, but not an issue when moving.

Comments: Trails were mostly dry and in good shape (we did not go to the summit of Mt. Rowe).

This side is a quieter, longer, and more scenic approach to Mt. Rowe as compared to the access road from the ski area.
