Comments
Comments: Bolder Loop trail was bare boots once I got to the bolder field. Down Brook Tr to North Straightback link was a skating rink. N Straightback link was bare boots to the ledges but then it was very icy over the ledge scramble. Dave Roberts over to the BRT was bare boots, Back to N. Straightback on the Quarry Spur Trail, also bare boots. Over to Precipice Path bare boots the whole way but very careful on the crossing at the cascades. Was a little thrown off by the fact that Precipice was blazed Red vice purple as shown on map. Up the BRT and down the Straightback Mt trail: bare boots down throught the ledges and fields but icy and needed spikes down to Jesus Valley-Beaver Pond. Jesus Valley - Beaver Pond was bare boots but only with care.
