Trails: Logging roads, bushwhack
Date of Hike
Date of Hike: Sunday, August 23, 2015
Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: From Rt. 145 in Pittsburg we drove about 9 miles on Cedar Stream Road (road is in great shape), then turned right onto Crystal Brook Road just before the cabin on the right. Crystal Brook Road was in good shape, but rougher than Cedar Stream Rd. We parked the the beginning of a logging road at about 3 miles on the left. There is some active logging going on, so it might be a busy area on a weekday.

Comments
Comments: From where we parked we walked up the logging road to it's end. We then bushwhacked to the col between the pud and the summit. Some thick areas to the summit, but not difficult. Time was about 1 3/4 hours up and 1 1/2 down. Lots of moose paths.
