Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Happened up on Paul and his two golden retrievers (they've earned their patches!) - very well behaved, even sit to the side of the trail when other hikers approach.
Bugs
Bugs: Some but most will leave you alone if you keep walking.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found childrens sunglasses (blue/black camo) - left them on the pay box in the 19mi brook parking area.

Comments
Comments: Lower portion of 19 mi brook trail very muddy in sections (sinking a whole boot at times). The lake near Carter Notch Hut is SUPERB, but the stiff climb to the Dome from there cut my pace in half.
