Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings on Franconia Brook are low and crossable. I put my trail runners to the test and they dried out very fast.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Nothing of note here... The lower trails are always in great shape from traffic. Twin Brook Trail is good but over grown (nicely) in places. I enjoyed the woodsy feel.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Isis has done the best ever this weekend. I could not be more proud of her.
Bugs
Bugs: Buzzing and biting.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Lost my doubt... Gained my power.

Comments
Comments: Opted to head out Via 13 falls. What a great area. Nice to cool off for a while after such a hot weekend. Sad to head back to society after such a powerful trip. I cannot wait for the next one!
