| Surface Conditions: |
Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable) |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
All major crossings have open water. Water levels are low and crossings are fairly easy but stepping on submerged rocks is unavoidable.
A few tributaries are bridged but the bridges are becoming unstable. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A handful of blowdowns but they easy to pass.
Some "leaners" at higher elevation but also easy to pass. |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Plenty of water and a solid mono-rail - perfect conditions for the 4-legged and Cinnilla had no trouble anywhere. |

| Comments: |
Microspikes door to door and the snowshoes earned another free ride.
The monorail is still solid and well defined although less so on the ridge between the 2 peaks where an inch of fresh wet snow made it less obvious. |
