| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Reel Brook Rd is passable, but it is spring, so it is soft and has several rough sections. Drive slowly. Main parking area is usable, but still has the "rock garden" at the entrance, low clearance vehicles will probably want to use the parking area on right before you reach the trailhead. |

|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
First tributary is high, with some ice but no longer bridged. Passable but you'll get your feet wet. I turned around here. The 3 crossings on Reel Brook are probably a wade based on the height of the first tributary crossing. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Typical spring litter, a couple of small blowdowns in the lower section.Very little mud in this section, since it tends to drain well. |

| Comments: |
Low section of the trail has traces of snow left, damp but not muddy. After the first stream crossing, constant thin snow cover, you might want spikes because sections get icy. |
