Great day to be out hiking. We headed up the Cross-Rivendell Trail to the AT Trail (Mt Cube Trail) out to the North Peak Ledges and returned to the South Summit. This mountain is on 52 with a view. This is a great mountain to hike with huge payout as far as views go.
We did bareboot it to the South Summit, then put the snowshoes on top go to the North Peak. Someone tried to get out to the ledges without snowshoes and postholed. They didn't make it, we broke trail the rest of the way.
