Parking/Access Road Notes: The lot is plowed very well.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Slush

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Lonesome Lake is still pretty frozen and although some streams are now flowing, some are still well bridged. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of branches at eye-level (wear glasses or just pay attention), but no blowdowns. The signs are still very visible and the South cairn can be seen from a ways away.

Dog-Related Notes: No hazards - great for pups!

Comments
Comments: A really great, beautiful trail with some really serious post-holes here-and-there. We re-broke the trail from North Kinsman to South Kinsman, and there were some large drifts.
