Comments
Comments: There was 2-3 inches of fresh powder this AM when I started. Trail was well packed to Black Pond. Efficient and enjoyable BP bushwhack (as well as Brutus). Thanks to those that laid the path. From the junction of the Brutus BW and the Owl's Head herd path, the snow had started to fill in the trail but it was easy to follow. From the ridge across to the recognized summit, much of the path was filled in and there was some drifting. Snowed hard much of the day and was breezy.
