Small lot has not been plowed, but has been packed down by vehicles. In other words, probably not viable after the incoming storm. There is a recycling facility just past it, so perhaps one can find a place to park near there. |

Rattlesnake Mountain in Rumney.
Trail was hardpack with constant shallow post holes and a few areas of blue ice (including one area in the flats down low where it bulged over a waterbar and continued down the trail). I was able to bareboot to the summit with care, but used Microspikes for the descent without issue. Snowpack is about 3-8 inches with a reasonably strong crust on top. |
