| Comments: |
Blue BlueBird Day. Thought I could see Mt. Marcy. Northern peaks very snowcovered. Pressis and Twins/Bonds perfect views and even some great undercast later in the day. Could have probably (should have) used snowshoes all day even on the Ridge. Good firm track everywhere and not postholing...amazing given how much snow there is. Finally put shoes on to descend Falling Waters. Deepest snow I have ever seen on the ridge. Don't get many days like this. Thanks to #amorrisnh for joining. Not sure I'd have done this one alone but sure glad I could. |
