	Trails:	Webster-Jackson Trail

	Date of Hike:	Friday, December 19, 2014

	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Plenty o' parking across the road.

	Surface Conditions:	Ice - Blue, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable)

	Recommended Equipment:	Light Traction

	Water Crossing Notes:	All are solidly bridged or easily stepped over.

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	Sawed out a few of the more substantial bendovers. Trail could benefit from some additional attention.

	Dog-Related Notes:	Perfect day out for the two fine brown individuals. Even some open water here & there for the occasional drink.

	Bugs:	Didn't see any but you never know.

	Lost and Found:	Nope


	Comments:	Trail-bed is solidly packed out with no risk of post-holing; smooth going with all of the rocks covered & filled in. This mountain saw maybe an inch or two of new snow in the last two days. Saw some hikers in snowshoes and others were in light-traction. Either was fine today and will be until the next snow.
