| Comments: |
Blue skies in the morning with clouds all afternoon. Just made it to North Twin in time for views, but by the time we got to South Twin the clouds had rolled in. The trails are in great shape. We stayed to the left of Little River on the way up and crossed the river once. The crossing was fine with hiking poles but would be a little dicey without. There is one steep drop over rocks from North Twin to South Twin that can be avoided by going around a narrow opening to the left. Great day to be out in the fresh autumn air. |
