parking for a couple cars at the end of cook hill road in campton before the start of the gated woods road. |

headed up the gated woods road for less than 100 yards to where the east branch of the loop trail leaves to the left. the trail is in great shape and marked with blue tape. from the summit i followed the west branch down and onto some woods roads, still marked with blue tape, eventually merging onto the original road that led back to the trailhead.
nice second hike to round out the day. great trail through beautiful woods, particularly on the west branch of the trail. nice views from the summit area to nearby stinson, tenney and its wind farm, plymouth and farther south to kearsarge. great peak. |
