Parking for several cars at the intersection of Hemenway Rd. & Great Hill Rd. My map asked cars to stay off the woods roads, but the first gate was open, and it looks as if some cars have driven and parked a few tenths of a mile closer to the nearby summit. |

Easy 10-15 minute walk to the summit, where there is a standing fire tower with an open viewing cab. This property is located in the Hememway State Forest in Tamworth, NH. The tower is on the National Historic Fire Lookout Register. Mountain viewing guides are located along all four viewing windows to assist visitors with naming peaks :-)
