Comments
Comments: From just past Gentian Pond campsite on the AT, I bushwhacked north to North Bald Cap. The woods were a bit thick near the AT and there were some swampy areas to get around. For the climb to the top I stayed east and enjoyed some nice ledge views. This is a very interesting summit! There is a cairn on a ledgy area near the top, but the highpoint is just a bump into some thickish woods. I took the same route back to the AT.

After heading south on the AT I bushwhacked Trident Col Peak from just west of Page pond. The south side of this peak has lots of cliff that were hard to climb but offered veiw. I decended to the east, towards the pond, which was still cliffy, but a little safer. This was a quick, worth-while bushwhack
