| Comments: |
Bring a detailed map for Madison Gulf and use it. Many stream crossings are at angles to the trail and the trail bed on the opposite side may not be obvious. There is a extended section of the trail in a stream bed, your feet will get wet. There are also several rock scrambles. In general its an advanced trail, with nice rewards for the skilled but a lot of potential for folks without the skills to get in trouble |
