On our continuing quest to stand on every site where a fire tower stands, once stood or was proposed brought us to Mount Agassiz in Bethlehem, NH. #64 of the 93 towers for us. This is located on a private residence and the owner welcomes hikes. Please be respectful of the owners if you hike here.
This used to be a place for tourists back in the 1800's it also had a ski area on it at one time. |
